What shipping options are available?
For deliveries within the United States, our shipping option at the moment is "USPS". Shipment by "USPS" means that orders are shipping out by postal service which may or may not require signature upon receipt of the shipment. Orders that are not eligible for shipping via USPS will be shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service), an international express service offered by over 140 postal services worldwide. will use its discretion to determine the best courier for each order, and reserves the right to change couriers without prior notice.

Shipment & Delivery
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?

Orders will be delivered by a courier-type service. You should expect to receive the order within three to seven business days from the time we ship out from our warehouse. Please note that three to seven business days is only an estimate; actual delivery time may differ depending on your local delivery situation. Out of stock item(s) may take longer to process. will notify via email if any item(s) customer purchased is out of stock. In very rare cases International shipment packages may be held at the customs office for clearance, in these cases customers may expect delay of delivery.

Will I have an order tracking number for my shipment? will notify customers the status of order from the item being purchased to shipped. Tracking will be provided after we process your order. Please use the information we provided in the e-mail to track the status of your shipment. Can my order be delivered to a Post Office Box address? Since is using USPS for shipping, customers’ packages can be delivered to PO Box.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return/exchange policy? is dedicated to providing our customers with the very best service. If customers decided to return any items must first contact Gaze Fashion at to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After receiving an RMA, customers may proceed to return the item(s) for replacement or repair.

To ensure speedy service, please provide the following information when emailing our Customer Service Department:
1. Original order number
2. Product name and stock number of the item that you wish to return
3. Reason for requesting a RMA

1. All returns must be sent back to with prior authorization, i.e. a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
2. Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
3. is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.. We recommend that you send your return via a shipping method that gives a tracking number to ensure that it reaches us.

Defective Item Exchange
In cases of defective return, will provide a replacement item instead of a refund. If the defective item is a Jewelry product, it may be considered for repair service. In cases where we believe that the defect on a returned item is caused deliberately, we may refuse to provide a refund for that item and customer may have to pay for all shipping cost. Please note that we inspect our items before shipping out.

Size Exchange
1. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to carefully read the size information of the products on website, and decide whether an item will fit. Customer may also contact us for question prior to purchase.
2. Items returned for size exchange must be in mint, unused condition. reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests if the returned items are in unacceptable condition.
3. Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of size exchange. will be responsible for shipping fee of replacement.. will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.
4. In cases where the specified size in a size exchange is not available, we will request customer to select another item or will issue the customer store credit equivalent to the amount of the item being exchanged.
Unwanted or Unopened Item Refund Unwanted items can be returned only in its original package, un-open or worn. There will be a 20% restocking fee apply.
